These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at flowa.global (the "Site").

The specific terms governing our logistics and platform services are set out in a separate Service Agreement that we enter into with each customer at sign-up. These website Terms do not replace that Service Agreement.

We are a Singapore-based SaaS and logistics company. Our platform helps global brands store, pick, pack, and ship goods from origin markets (primarily China) to customers worldwide. The Site is our marketing and information channel.

If you sign up for an account through the Site, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep your credentials secure. Please notify us at support@flowa.global immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Detailed terms governing your use of our Services begin once you accept our Service Agreement at sign-up.
